DriveOz Pty Ltd, t/a DriveWA.com was launched in April 2004, by the Hospitality Group. In 2008, DriveWA launched its revamped website with added features to help travellers plan their escape in Western Australia.

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DriveWA, Chris Pye, has been the driving force behind the DriveWA concept. Chris has been involved in the Hospitality industry in WA for more than 25 years, after qualifying initially as a Lawyer with an Honours Degree from the University of WA.

For most of that time, he has worked for the Perth based Hospitality Group, which has operated hotels, motels and serviced apartments throughout Australasia. They are also involved in the ownership of one of Australia’s leading domestic tourism wholesale organisations - Great Aussie Holidays.

The website offers visitors and members the ability to quickly and easily plan their itinerary or choose from a selection of detailed self-drive itineraries for each region. As well as live interactive digital mapping and driving directions, accommodation and car booking options throughout the State. DriveWA.com also provides detailed information on every town and region in Western Australia as well as driving hints and tips. DriveWA’s membership plan offers a range of valuable discounts and value added benefits to make a trip to WA very memorable.
