Araluen Botanic Park

Nestled deep inside jarrah forested valley, Araluen Botanic Park is a natural heaven for relaxation. Its tranquil setting, in the Darling Ranges, allows visitors to experience the peace and beauty throughout all four seasons. The garden encompasses a combination of native and exotic species, many of which are over 60 years old. Native wildflowers can be viewed throughout the year; combining with the beautiful streams and grassy areas to create perfect barbeque and picnic spots.

The annual “Springtime at Araluen” event offers a famed display of tulips. Araluen offers an array of interesting fauna. Whilst embarking on one of the many bushwalks, be delighted by wandering kangaroo’s and wallabies, or spot the iconic Kookaburra amongst other bird species.
