Eden Spring Herbs is located in the Southwest in Bridgetown and is run by Josef and Beate Griessler. The garden is situated on a hillside with picturesque views in a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

The garden has been built on terraces to make it water wise and has many paths leading through the garden which has been designed using permaculture principles.

A unique blend of culinary, medicinal and fragrant herbs, cottage plants, fruit trees, berry plants and citrus have been planted in the garden and labeled with both their botanc and common names, there are also detailed descriptions on how you can use the different substances. Only organic methods are used to grow the plants there is no use of chemical fertilizers or sprays.

Guided garden tours are available through the gardens on the weekend and by request and a number of seminars will be taking place over the next couple of months.
