The Marble Bar is a sectacular 'bar' of Jasper, which spans the Coonan River. Located just 5 kilometres from the town centre, the clear pool below makes Marble Bar a popular swimming spot. The 'Marble Bar' derived its name from pioneers who mistook the bar for 'marble'.
